Privacy Policy

Dryve Golf

Effective Date: April 24, 2025

Dryve Golf (a fictitious business name of RCorp Enterprises LLC) is committed to protecting your privacy. By using our App or Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

  • Account & Orders: We use your email for account management and transactional updates. Your name and mailing address are used solely to process and ship orders.
  • Personalization: You may optionally provide your gender to assist in calculating recommended golf club lengths; this field is not required and is not shared with third parties. Users who prefer not to specify may select “Other / Not Disclosed.”
  • Cookies & Tracking: We use the following cookies to operate and market our Site:
    • Session Cookies — Keep you securely logged in; expire after one week.
    • Discount Cookies — Store discount codes for up to 30 days.
    • App Context Cookies — Remember that you came from the iOS app; clear automatically when closed.
    • Attribution Cookies — First-party cookies that read URL parameters (e.g., UTM tags) to measure marketing effectiveness and attribute signups. Expire after 90 days and are not shared with third parties.
    • Advertising Pixels — We use the Reddit Pixel and the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure and optimize our ad campaigns. At checkout, these share an encrypted (hashed) version of your email and the order value with the respective ad platform so conversions can be attributed to the campaign that brought you here. We do not host third-party display ads on our platform. You can manage or opt out of advertising cookies via our Your Privacy Choices page or through your browser’s tracking-prevention settings.

2. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information in any way, to anyone. We believe your data belongs to you. We do not use your information to train third-party AI models, nor do we share it with data brokers or ad networks. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and email delivery providers) who help us operate our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process such as a court order or subpoena.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We use Apple HealthKit to track your golf workout sessions on the Apple Watch. We do not use your HealthKit data for any marketing or advertising purposes, nor do we share this data with any third parties.

The App uses Bluetooth to connect to your physical Dryve Golf sensor. We do not use Bluetooth to track your location or for any purpose other than capturing swing data from your paired device.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information and golf data for 3 years from your last activity so your settings and history are available if you return. You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time within the App settings or through the Manage Account section of our website. Account deletion is immediate. Transaction records and golf performance metrics (such as swing speed and tempo) are anonymized and retained solely for internal analytical purposes, algorithm training, and legal compliance. This data is fully unlinked from your identity and cannot be re-associated with you. As a standard part of our database operations, deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

4. Security & Third-Party Links

  • Security: We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
  • Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites or services linked within our App or Site.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children; however, parents and guardians may use the App on behalf of a junior golfer. In these cases, the parent or guardian is the account holder and is responsible for any information entered about their child. We collect only what is necessary for that purpose (such as gender and club lengths) and use it solely for core functionality — never for advertising or profiling. If you believe information about a child has been submitted without appropriate parental authorization, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as California, the EEA, or the UK), users may have the right to request access to, correction of, a portable copy of, or deletion of their personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information. EEA and UK residents may also have rights under GDPR or UK GDPR, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link in our emails. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a notice in the App. Your continued use of the App or Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
